Introduction

Utilitest Limited was founded in January 2020 by our directors Alan MacMillan and Steven Brownlie. Originally the company was known as Elite Water Limited which was solely focused on water utility infrastructure. With the vision of expanding into the gas and electrical sector the company became Utilitest LTD.
